Happy Fall Everybody ! Excited to be hosting a new monthly show called "Arty Hill's Zen West Honky Tonk" ! It's at Zen West in Baltimore, a great Tex Mex bar and restaurant. The owner, Po, grew up in Austin, Tx, and he's created a perfect music space with pro sound and a dance floor. Our first show was September 19, and it was a huge success ! We'll be hosting one show per month, alternating with Baltimore honky tonk band The Lucky Stiffs - I love seeing these guys play, and I'll be there at their gigs to join in the fun ! Many thanks to our friend Alex Lacquement, host of the monthly Baltimore Honky Tonk at Waverly Brewing, for promoting this music and making more of these gigs possible !.......We're still working hard to learn the new songs for our next recording, which will be titled "Night Falls in Old Baltimore." hopefully we'll be recording in winter 2025....For now take care, look down below for upcoming shows, and hope to see you soon !...
